日本ゼネラル・エレクトリック株式会社取締役人事本部長
テレビ経済ニュース番組制作、雑誌編集を経て、PR会社にて主に外資系企業の日本・アジアにおける広報活動の立案・実行に携わる。

1987年	神戸市外国語大学卒業
1990年	米ペンシルバニア大学コミュニケーション学部（アーネンバーグ・スクール）修士課程修了。
1999年	アジア担当コミュニケーション・マネジャーとしてGE東芝シリコーン（株）入社。
2000年	人事本部長
2001年	執行役員に就任、同社のアジア地域における人事を統括。
2005年4月より	現職。

Director, Human Resources General Electric Japan, Ltd.　Misa assumed the current position in April 2005 of Human Resources Director at GE Japan, the Corporate function of General Electric Company. Before that, Misa was General Manager of Human Resources at GE Toshiba Silicones (GETOS), GE's arm for the Silicones business in Asia. In that capacity, she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of all HR activities, covering nearly 1,000 employees with 6 manufacturing bases across 12 countries in the region.

Prior to joining GETOS, Misa worked as a communications consultant at public relations firms. She handled various multi-national clients to provide consultation and support implementing communications activities in Japan and other Asian countries. Before that, she worked at mass media organizations, including TV and a magazine, and mainly covered economic and business news.

Misa received her master's degree in Communication from Annenberg School for Communication, University of Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor's degree at Kobe City University of Foreign Studies, majoring in English and Linguistics.
