2003年	渡英、在英商社、外資系企業人事部門勤務を経て
2004年10月	日産自動車株式会社ダイバーシティデベロップメントオフィス室長に就任、現在に至る。

Yukiko assumed the current position of General Manager, Diversity Development Office, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd in October 2004. She is now responsible for promoting diversity culture among Nissan especially focusing on enhancing women's leadership development as a first step. Before current position, she had extensive experience in HR area including overseas assignment in New York as head of New York office for Oki Electric Industry Co. Ltd, consultancy at Towers Perrin and in London for an European headquarter of a trading company. Yukiko received her bachelor's degree from Waseda University for Science & Engineering.
