Mrs. Shi Qingqi is Standing Vice-President and Secretary-General of China Association of Women Entrepreneurs. She is a professor and former director of the Institute of Industrial and Technological Economy under the State Development Planning Commission, and a part-time professor and supervisor of doctoral candidates at the China University of Geosciences. She received two international prizes for the project: Franz Erdmann Prize of USA, widely considered to be the Nobel Prize for management science; and, the prize for technology promulgation. She also won two first prizes and a second-place prize at the China ministry level. The project has had an impact globally, and has achieved good economic result.
