１９９１年 名古屋大学大学院工学研究科電気工学専攻博士課程前期修了。同年株式会社電通入社。ＹＭＯ 再生コンサート『テクノドン』などのマルチメディア映像コンテンツ企画・制作プロデュース業務やDREAMS COME TRUE CD EXTRA 『LOVE UNLIMITED ∞』、藤井フミヤCD EXTRA 『TEARS』、久保田利伸 CD EXTRA「LA・LA・LA LOVE THANG』などの企画・制作プロデュースを手がける。各種新規コンテンツをプロデュースする中で、権利処理スキームのあるべき姿を模索。１９９９年、ソニー株式会社に出向し新規事業開発に従事。２０００年より株式会社電通に戻り、コンテンツ権利許諾管理の事業化に専念。２００１年、株式会社メロディーズ＆メモリーズグローバル取締役および香港法人メロディーズ＆メモリーズ香港代表取締役社長となる。主な委員：社団法人電波産業会モバイルITフォーラムアプリケーション専門委員会副委員長、社団法人日本規格協会コンテンツ流通市場形成に関する標準化調査委員会委員等。
Yasuhiro Nakanishi completed at the first term of doctor's course of Nagoya University graduate school engineering research course electrical engineering major in 1991. In the same year Joined DENTSU INC. Afterwards he was engaged in the project and the production produce business of the multimedia image contents such as YMO reproduction concert "Techno Don". Moreover, the hybrid contents project and the production produce such as CD EXTRA"LA･LA･LA LOVE THANG" by Toshinobu Kubota, "TEARS" by Fumiya Fujii and " LOVE UNLIMITED ∞" by DREAMS COME TRUE were handled.
It gropes for the way it should be of the right permission scheme while doing such new contents in production. It proceeded to Sony Ltd. from Dentsu and it was engaged in the new business development in 1999. Even Dentsu concentrates on making of the return contents right permission management a business in 2000, and it becomes director of Melodies and Memories global Ltd. Melodies & Memories Hong Kong Ltd. President and Representative Director in 2001. The main committee: Head of vice committeeman of mobile IT forum of corporation Association of Radio Industries and Businesses application technical committee and committee etc. of standardization investigation committee concerning Japanese Standards Association contents trading market formation Corp.. The main book: IMPRESS of "Digital broadcasting textbook" Co. collaboration (1994) and Yoyo-Sha of "Multimedia Das" collaboration (2005) etc.
